LoomaIQ

Terms of Service

Last updated 9 August 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and LoomaIQ for using the LoomaIQ assistant. We have tried to write them in language you can actually read, because a term you did not understand is a term you did not agree to. Where the law gives you rights we cannot take away, these terms do not try to.

The three that matter most. The assistant can be confidently wrong — check anything that matters before you act on it. It can also do things on your instruction: send messages, change calendars, run code. You are responsible for what you tell it to do. And our liability is capped, as set out in section 13.

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using LoomaIQ, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 16. If you are using LoomaIQ for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and “you” means that organisation.

2. What the service is

LoomaIQ is an AI assistant: you type or speak, a language model answers, and it can use tools — searching the web, reading a page, writing and running code, generating files, and reaching services you have connected — to do so.

Two consequences follow, and both are the nature of the technology rather than a defect:

We add and remove features as the product develops. Some are labelled beta or experimental; those may break, change or disappear, and are provided with even fewer assurances than the rest.

3. Your account

Give us accurate details and keep them current. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your credentials safe — tell us promptly at privacy@loomaiq.com if you think someone else has access. Do not share an account between people; paid plans are per person, and Team is per seat.

4. Plans, limits and payment

PlanPriceMonthly allowanceIncludes
Free$0200,000 tokensFree models, 3 projects, 3 connectors
Pro$20 / month5,000,000 tokensFrontier models, unlimited projects and connectors
Team$60 / month per seat20,000,000 tokens, pooledEverything in Pro, shared across the team

Tokens are the units models charge in; roughly, a token is three quarters of a word, counting both what you send and what comes back. The app shows your usage. When you reach your allowance, the service pauses until the next monthly period or until you upgrade — we never charge you for going over without asking first.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax we are required to collect, which is added at checkout. Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; the new price applies from your next renewal, and if you do not want it, cancel before then.

If a payment fails we will retry and tell you. Persistent non-payment downgrades the account to Free rather than deleting it, so your data stays put.

5. Cancelling and refunds

Cancel whenever you like, in the app. You keep paid features until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again. We do not pro-rate unused time.

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of subscribing. Because the service is delivered digitally and immediately, by starting to use a paid plan within those 14 days you ask us to begin at once and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once we have fully performed — and if you cancel part-way through, you may be charged for what you used. This does not affect your other statutory rights.

Outside that, payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or where we have plainly failed to deliver, in which case ask and we will deal with it fairly.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use LoomaIQ to:

You must also honour the terms of any third-party service you connect, and any provider policy that reaches you through us.

7. Your content

You own what you put in. Your prompts, files, projects and instructions remain yours; we claim no ownership of them.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, transmit and process your content solely to operate the service for you — including sending it to the model and tool providers listed in the Privacy Policy. That licence exists so the product can function; it covers nothing else, it is not sublicensable beyond those providers, and it ends when you delete the content or close your account. We do not train models on your content (see Training for what providers may do on the Free plan).

You are responsible for having the right to submit what you submit, and for keeping your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

8. Output

As between you and us, output generated for you is yours, and to the extent we hold any rights in it we assign them to you. Three caveats worth knowing:

If you publish output as your own, that is your call and your responsibility. Do not present it as human-authored where a law or a platform rule requires disclosure.

9. Actions taken on your behalf

LoomaIQ can act, not just answer: send a WhatsApp message, create a calendar event, draft or send mail through a connected account, run code in a sandbox, publish an artifact, or call a tool on an MCP server you have added.

10. Third-party services

Connecting Google, GitHub, WhatsApp, an MCP server or any other service is optional. Those services are run by other people under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for what they do, how available they are, or what they charge. If a provider changes or withdraws its service, the LoomaIQ feature that depends on it may change or stop too.

11. Our intellectual property

The service, its software, design and the LoomaIQ name and marks are ours or our licensors'. These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service — nothing more. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of it, or remove any notice from it.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them freely and without owing you anything. We appreciate them; we just cannot run a product where every suggestion carries a claim.

12. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that its output will be accurate, complete, current or suitable for your purpose.

We do not promise a specific uptime. If we ever do, it will be in a written service level agreement signed by us, not in this paragraph.

If you are a consumer, nothing here removes the statutory guarantees your law gives you.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and any right a consumer has under mandatory law. Nothing in this section limits your obligation to pay amounts properly due.

You accept that these limits reflect a genuine allocation of risk, and that the price of the service assumes them.

14. Indemnity

If you are using LoomaIQ for business rather than as a consumer, you will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your content, your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right. We will tell you promptly about any such claim, let you control the defence of it, and cooperate with you at your expense.

15. Suspension and termination

You may stop and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, if your use puts the service or other users at risk, if payment fails persistently, or if we are legally required to. Except for serious or illegal misuse — where we may act immediately — we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix it.

If we terminate you without cause, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period. After termination you have 30 days to export your data before we delete it; sections 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 17 survive.

We may also discontinue the whole service. If we do, we will give at least 60 days' notice, provide a way to export everything, and refund unused prepaid time.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give at least 30 days' notice in the app or by email, and they take effect at the end of that period — continuing to use LoomaIQ after that means you accept them; if you do not, cancel and export your data. Non-material changes, like fixing a typo or clarifying a sentence, take effect when posted. The date at the top is always current, and we will keep the previous version available on request.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have exclusive jurisdiction — except that if you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in your own local courts. Nothing here deprives an EU or UK consumer of that right, and EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

Before anyone goes to court, email privacy@loomaiq.com and give us 30 days to sort it out. Most things are a misunderstanding and most misunderstandings are cheaper to fix than to litigate.
